  The short story:
 Pine lost a good young man who died at 84 leaving a wife of 94.  Limited income is an understatement and I agreed to help with personal affairs. All the proceeds from the sale will go to the wife. Much of the contents have or will go to the landfill and the rest need to be sorted, priced and displayed.
 
Denise, myself and a paid helper have sorted most of the personal items but still have a mountain of semi-sorted boxes to go.  Haven't got to the basement yet.
 I am still pushing for an estate sale on Feb. 3rd,4th and 5th but need much help this weekend to be ready by then.
